National Mom’s Night Out Party! #NMNO15

**I received free products in order to host a National Mom’s Night Out Party. All opinions are always my own!

We recently had the fantastic experience of celebrating National Mom’s Night Out. All moms know exactly how difficult it can be to find a spare moment to yourself, let alone to schedule any time to reconnect with your friends. Most of us end up completely trading our social lives for carpools and football games and homework projects. This isn’t a healthy long-term solution, though, and it’s good to shake out that functional mommy bun into loose curls, throw on a little lipgloss and spend the night laughing at jokes that don’t involve Patrick the Starfish or Peppa the Pig.

From Daily’s Frozen Margaritas, to flaming tiki torches, from flowered lei’s to falling down laughter, it was a badly needed night of fun!

The Soft Baked Montauk Chocolate Chunk cookies from Pepperidge Farm were a huge, delicious hit! I personally want to try all of the other varieties now.

We had a cute, creative wineglass painting craft from MyPrintly, featuring Gallery Glass paints from Plaid. You can check them out on FB, Pinterest, IG @MyPrintly, YouTube and Twitter for cool projects to spice up your own parties.

The Chex Mix Bold Party Blend was the perfect savory snack.

These Sunkist Fruit Gems were just the right amount of tart sweetness and came in cute gauze bags which went home in the larger gift bags.

The film feature for the evening was (appropriately) Mom’s Night Out, which you can find more about on Twitter, YouTube and Facebook! This hilarious, family-friendly movie follows what happens when a group of mom’s just wants to have one night to themselves- all the husbands have to do is watch the kids for a few hours. What could possibly go wrong? Yep, you guessed it- EVERYthing.

Part of my table setting with leis, new Ritz Baked Chips, and adorable printables from MyPrintly. The big red glasses were my favorite. I taped the glasses and lips to straws so everyone could easily hold them up for selfies and joking around.

We had tons of fun card games to play, facilitated by these awesome Bicycle playing cards, which also doubled as drink recipes. Everyone also got their own pack to take home in their gift bags.

We couldn’t have asked for a better night and we hope to celebrate again next year!
